Reconsrtuction of apartment house in Kadriorg, 2019
Total area 500m²
This is a proposal to restore the existing building, situated at 100 Narva mnt, Tallinn. The building is not an architectural monument but belongs to the protected area of Kadriorg and has been marked as a valuable building. Unfortunately it was enlarged quite unsuccessfully at the beginning of 2000-s.

This project provides a solution for restoring the remaining historical part of the building and alternating its later addition in such a way that it would blend seamlessly with the original part of the house and thus forming a harmoniously completed building without demolishing the later additions.
