Ühepereelamu või kahe korteriga tüüpelamu Kodu-1

Perekonna suuruse muutudes- laste kodust lahkumisel või abielludes- on esiku ja trepikoja vahel oleva ava sulgemisega võimalik moodustada ühise tuulekojaga kaks eraldi korterit. Samuti võimaldab planeering hoonet kasutada üüritavate tubade või lihtsamat sorti võõrastemaja tüüpi elamuna. Tüüpelamu Kodu-1 siseviimistlustöid on võimalik vajadusel teostada korruste kaupa.
