Hoone on projekteeritud taotluslikult traditsioonilise välimuse ja looduslähedaste materjalidega. Sokkel on laotud klombitud paekivist, fassaad on krohvitud heledatoonilise struktuurkrohviga. Kattusekatteks on pruunid valtsiga katusekivid.
